Payment of Fees

  • Maintenance fees will be charged via subscription purchased on pitchclipsgraphics.com.  Client’s desired paying term (monthly, bi-yearly, or yearly) will automatically renew until the client notifies PCG via email.
  • Invoices for work not covered in the maintenance agreement will be sent out electronically by email monthly.  The terms of these invoices are (full payment, including applicable tax, within 30 days from the date of the invoice) to PCG.  PCG does not give refunds once this agreement is executed. Late fees will apply after 30 days.

Late Fees

  • PCG will charge a late payment fee on any overdue and unpaid balance not in dispute, to cover the manpower, interest, and other costs PCG pays for carrying overdue invoices. In addition, PCG reserves the right to stop work until payment is received. 
  • Late fees are currently assessed at the rate of 15% of the current invoice amount, charged 30 days after the invoice date; 20% of the current invoice amount, charged 45 days after the invoice date, and 25% of the current invoice amount, charged 60 days after the invoice date. Starting on the 61st day, a 2% fee of the current invoice amount each day will be added daily. This agreement is in accordance with Georgia state law.

Fee Changes

  • PCG may increase the Maintenance Charge by giving 5 days’ prior written notice to take effect at the end of the notice period. In such an event, the client may terminate this Agreement before the end of the said notice period by a written notice to PCG. In the event that Buyer does neither confirm nor object in writing within (5) business days from Seller’s notice, the price increase is deemed accepted by Buyer.
  • PCG may increase the hourly rate for items outside the scope of maintenance at any time, but will notify client.
